I’m leaving tonight after work (around 6 p.m.) from Hartford, CT. I will be heading to Orleans. What is the best route to avoid Cape Cod traffic? Should I go through Providence, avoid or take 495, or…?

Mapquest says that taking 84E to 90E (Mass Pike) to 495 South is the fastest way…but with traffic, will that be the quickest route?

And how much of an impact would the traffic have on the amount of time it’s supposed to take to get there (3 hrs, 20 mins)?

When we were flying from Mineral Waters to Moscow, in Russia, our plane made an extra stop in Krasnodarsk. They said that they only filled the plane with enough fuel to go halfway and that we were stopping for gas. When we landed in Krasnodarsk they filled up the tank, but then we had to wait another hour afterwards. Why didn’t they fill up the tank all the way, if it really was gas related, or why did we make the extra stop? If you have had a similar experience, I’m curious to find out why they did this.

I am interested in buying digital camera. Is it cheaper to buy electronics there than US?
