I was always led to believe she lived in Ikeja, Lagos…Nigeria, but was using an american zip code, later to realize this mistake. I now know her password for yahoo, entered it and learned of different country she is in and city and state. Should i still report this to yahoo, but what can they do?? Is there another way to have her caught and punnished.

I just recently saved some money and I’m planning to either use it to buy dollars then convert it back to yen and vice versa to make it grow.

but i checked the banks, (mizuho, smbc, etc), they have different rate for buying and selling of dollars.

and I also heard about exchanging in the post office.

do they exchange rates like forex/rates in newspapers?
or if this is not a good idea, can you suggest a much better one?

My Girl cousin who is 23 years old was kidnapped from her job this happened about three days ago in ciudad Juares in mexico its right next to el paso, texas. They call my uncle asking them for money and if they say a word to the police that they’ll kill her. These heartless people are watching every move my uncle and aunt are doing. They’re even watching their home. Its been three days and what i was thinking is that someone should go tell the police anonymosly because if theyre going to do something to my cousin, they’re gonna do it right? so i think someone either another one of my cousins or uncles that live over there should go tell the police so they can start investigating because we can end this so those heartless people can stop hurting other people. They’re also calling my uncle and it shows a call from Guadalajara mexico but i mean anyone can have a cell phone from over there but still be in Juarez.
I know its long but please can someone help me.
Give me advise on what i should do.
I live all the way in California is there anyway i can help them?
